6 months ago I had purchased a Jaguar XJ from Synergy Motors. It was my first luxury car purchase, so I made sure I did a full check on the entire car and was extremely surprise in how much of an excellent condition the car was in. Synergy Motors had plenty of other cars in stock, all in very good condition and clean history. I had dealt with Simal who was very professional and understanding at all times. He met every request I gave, and was very understanding that I was parting ways with a lot of cash, and allowed me plenty of time to view the car/test drive.

I purchased a second-hand Tesla Model S from Synergy Motors and am very happy with the experience. Simal, the person I dealt with at Synergy Motors through both phone calls and email, was very polite, helpful and an absolute pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable about EVs and was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle, including some of the more esoteric that I’d dug up from internet forums. When it came to viewing the car prior to purchase, Simal was very accommodating and flexible with us as we had to travel up from the South coast and could not give precise times due to work. Purchasing was a simple matter and we found the entire process was extremely efficient and most impressive. Would I purchase another car from Synergy Motors? Yes. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Definitely - Highly recommended!

Recently purchased Jaguar I-pace unfortunately I have had to wait a little longer for the car as someone reversed into it at the dealership when I was buying it so it had to be repaired, however the customer service when I bought the car was brilliant so very happy with that side of things and would recommend them all day long. The accident was unavoidable from their side but they got the car repairs and back to its full health in no time!

Prompt and highly professional service from start to finish and post purchase too. The whole process, from Inquiry to delivery of the Tesla ModelX took 6 working days. Simal was very prompt in responding to the inquiry. The Tesla was in very good condition and Simal was very transparent about the wear and tear that comes with a used vehicle. All wear and tear elements were clearly highlighted and demonstrated via a video call. We requested delivery, that was arranged promptly. Post delivery Simal was available on hand to guide us to become familiar with the vehicle and respond to any queries. All in all Synergy Motors were excellent.
